Well, hello there!

So, a couple things to know about me. I have been in the mental health field for over 7 years in Florida and Massachusetts. I would describe my therapy style as warm, non-judgmental with a dash of humor.

There are very few things that will surprise me, which means feel free to be the real, pajama wearing, haven’t showered this week, I have NO CLUE what I’m doing with my life you. Everyone comes to therapy looking for something different — to make changes, gain new skills, vent, or have someone that isn’t your family to talk to. Good news, I will be all of those things.

My background is in art therapy, which means I bring a creative and unique spin to my sessions. Don’t worry, I won’t make you draw if you don’t want to, but sometimes it’s good to not talk.

My specialties include: depression, trauma work, attachment, adoption, family conflict, identity, anxiety, sex positive approaches, LGBTQIA+ community, and helping you sort through the hard shit.

Hi! Welcome! It takes a lot of guts to look for a therapist and by doing so you’re already starting the hard work of healing.

Every part of yourself is safe to exist in my office: the scared, the angry, the perfectionist, the beautiful. My goal is to allow your whole self to feel seen and understood, without judgment. Clients have described me as friendly, empathetic, and exhibiting a healthy dose of humor. I’ll laugh with you, cry with you, hold you accountable, and support you through your difficult moments.

I aim for our work to be a partnership. Together we can find ways to tame your harsh inner critic and establish skills to work through the hard stuff. We will approach your thoughts, feelings, and actions with a sense of curiosity and compassion.

I specialize in art therapy and would love to utilize art in your therapeutic journey. Sometimes there aren't words to describe how you’re feeling and art can help find the words you've been struggling to say. Don’t worry, you don't have to be a talented artist – but it can be nice to have a physical representation of your emotions.

I work primarily with: anxiety, depression, group work, trauma work, the LGBTQIA+ community, DBT, CBT, Art Therapy, ACT, and IFS.

Hi there! Hello!

I have always lived my life by the mantra “be somebody that makes everybody feel like somebody.” Are you in search for that “somebody” to be there for you? Well I am here for you! Whether you just need someone to talk to about the frustrations of daily life or you find yourself struggling to get through the day, I am happy to help you through whatever you may need. I take a very warm, compassionate, and empathetic approach to therapy, with a hint of humor thrown in. I provide a judgement free zone and will always meet you where you’re at. Together, we will go on this journey at your pace.

I am a pre-licensed clinical mental health counselor who has great experience working with youth and teens with a variety of needs, including clients with social emotional disorders, autistic spectrum disorder, OCD, anxiety, and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I believe in a person centered approach where I will work to provide a supportive space for you to navigate through your thoughts, feelings, and emotions and allow you the room for growth. Let me be that somebody and let's start this journey together!
